General Rules for Participation in Promotional Actions

1. Organizing Company

Promotional actions are promoted by New Alternative Technologies SLU , hereinafter “Newskill”, with registered office at Avenida de Suiza No. 9, Alhama de Murcia Industrial Park (30840) Alhama de Murcia (Murcia) Spain

2. Scope of Application

Contests and promotions will be extended to the national territory only, including the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

3. Duration

The start and end dates will be detailed in each promotional activity.

4. Participation

To participate in the various promotional activities promoted by Newskill, you must be a natural person residing in Spain and of legal age.

The specific conditions of participation will be specified in each promotion.

As a general rule, and unless otherwise stated in a particular promotion, only one entry per person will be allowed.

5. Winners

The winners of the competitions will be determined by analysis of objective data carried out by Newskill.

Furthermore, the winners of the drawings will be randomly selected by computer systems from among all those who participated in accordance with the established rules.

Winners will be notified by email or by posting their names on Newskill's social media or website.

For all contests, a specific number of winners will be designated, based on the prizes awarded. A specific number of alternates will also be chosen using the same selection criteria.

If the winner forfeits the prize, Newskill may decide whether to award it to alternates or declare it void.

6. Awards

Each prize awarded will be described in the various promotional activities. In the case of prizes awarded in kind, they cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Acceptance of the Bases and Responsibility

Participation in each of the promotional activities carried out by Newskill implies full acceptance of these general rules and any specific conditions established for each promotion.

Newskill reserves the right to cancel the promotion for justified reasons, as well as to modify these rules or the promotional activity at any time, or to declare the prize unclaimed. If this occurs, participants will be duly notified on the same channel where the promotion was carried out, with a reasoned explanation of the decision.

Likewise, Newskill reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the rules established in the terms and conditions or whose behavior affects the normal conduct of the promotional activity. It also reserves the right to disqualify those who act abusively or fraudulently.

Newskill is exempt from liability if the winner cannot be located for reasons not attributable to the company. The winner also releases Newskill from liability for any damages that may arise from the use of the prize awarded.

Any incident that may arise and is not covered by these terms and conditions will be resolved by Newskill at its sole discretion.

8. Taxation

As established by Law 35/2006 of November 28, which approves the Personal Income Tax, and by Royal Legislative Decree 4/2004, which approves the Consolidated Text of the Corporate Income Tax Law, prizes derived from promotional activities are subject to taxation.

Newskill will be responsible for making the relevant payment or withholding. Such withholding or payment will not apply to prizes under €300, which are subject to Personal Income Tax.

Newskill will not be responsible for the winner's tax obligations.

In order for the aforementioned withholdings to be made, the winner must sign a written statement acknowledging receipt of the prize, provide their tax information, and a copy of an identification document (CIF, NIF, or Resident Card). They must also sign a declaration of understanding the tax implications of said prizes.

9. Personal Data

Personal data collected in promotional actions will be governed by the provisions of the Privacy section. from our website.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Promotional actions, as well as the rules that govern them, are subject to Spanish law. Any dispute arising from them, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
