Official communiqué from Newskill on COVID-19

For Newskill, the health of all our skillers, gamers and other citizens is our top priority. As a result of the state of alarm decreed by the government of Spain we want to inform you that we will continue to provide the necessary services so that you can receive your orders.

Our sector is low risk and there is practically no contact between our workers, besides almost all of us have been working telematically for a week.

In order to make the shipments in the safest way for everyone involved, we have taken the necessary precautions and taken the necessary measures so that there is no risk for anyone.

It is possible that the shipments may suffer some delay and it may not be possible to deliver them within the schedule we were ensuring so far. We ask for a little patience as the situation is extreme and we prefer to do things right and that everything is safe, even if it takes a little more time, than to make quick deliveries we can not ensure your safety.

In the locations that are completely closed, we will not be able to make the delivery, so we will contact you to let you know the situation and as soon as it is normalized we will be able to complete the delivery of your product.

We have also introduced changes in the delivery method, in conjunction with the transport companies we work with and following the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Ministry of Health.

From now on, delivery drivers will not come into contact with customers. The method of delivery confirmation through PDA signature is replaced by a signature and customer data on a sheet of paper to which the delivery person will take a photo to record the delivery. In this process there will be no contact whatsoever and the deliverymen will have to wear gloves.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause but these are necessary measures to overcome the emergency situation we are currently going through and return to normal so that we can enjoy what we like the most.
